After prayer, I sat to meditate on God
I closed my eyes and I see scales trying to balance themselves out

You say to me,

“Your spirit and body don’t measure up. Don’t be fooled your spirit is strong and powerful, however, your body is overweight, weak, and getting sick. Many of My chosen are dying too young. They are not taking care of themselves. Not eating right and keeping their bodies strong. Ask my Holy Spirit for help on this – both spirit and body must be disciplined. Your destiny depends on your spirit and body being equally healthful.”
